So the uterus does move according to the menstrual cycle and sexual arousal/orgasm but it would be rising instead of dropping. (Also, during ovulation it is at it's highest. So yea, they got this as right as the angles the femurs were in)
A major pet peeve of mine tho is this obsession every bl with an uterus has with hitting the cervix like it wouldn't just be uncomfortable
