RIGHT im getting downvoted for this but it wouldve still made sense if daehyun was an omega if hyunjin was telling the truth instead of lying that he knew an omega but it wasnt him, + the way daehyun reacted when they were talking about the gender re-examination and how hyunjin was talking about omegas hiding amongst them. i dont mind it this way either but i guess they didnt want both omegas to be black haired

Daehyun is portrayed as a very strong gym bro since the beginning of the manhwa whereas Hyunjin is a petite, feisty future lawyer. Most people can't imagine Daehyun being dominated by Hyunjin. Daehyun looked very eager whenever he kissed Hyunjin in the flashback and I think it's implied that Daehyun is the one who escalated his comforting of Hyunjin into kissing. Daehyun also looked intimidating when he breifly said he doesn't like alphas. So, I definitely don't think the author ever considered Daehyun to be the Omega and clearly prtrayed his intention in these scenes. So, I never ever thought that Daehyun is possibly the Omega.
I personally think your media literacy is low considering you didn't see this coming when the evidence for this pairing is quite obvious. ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
oh ykw during that second re-examination scene i thought it was implying that hyunjin was looking down on omegas, not alphas, bc horny guys wasnt explicit enough to differentiate between alphas or omegas (since its a trope to hate on either one). going back i do see now how hes hating on his dad for running off with an omega, not that he was hating on omegas for seducing his father. i can agree with you there.
that said, i dont think your other points are valid enough to justify daehyun being an alpha or omega, bc you dont have to be macho or pretty, dominant or submissive to be an alpha or an omega (or top/bottom for that matter).
even before hyunjin and daehyun’s story, the author likely never contemplated hyunjin being and alpha and daehyun being and omega lol given hyunjin’s personality, it’s obvious that he would lie and hide the fact that he was an omega… also, hyunjin constantly hit daehyun every time he got annoyed with him. not sure if it’s been done before, but a tsundere, “abusive” bottom is a lot more common and palatable than a mean, “abusive” top.
