If she really designed this world and everyone in it, but she forgot or sth happened along the way... then honestly, she deserves a bit of what was happening to her. She literally made Vidar alone and everyone to be afraid of him and designed a character, a love interest, that's the only savour for him. Pretty selfish i would think.
