What do you mean it isn't her first pregnancy? Is it her second? When was the first? That's the whole point in this manhwa, because she was barren and couldn't get pregnant and end the cycle of regression, right? What's this now? Did i miss something?
so far, there's been 3 canonical pregnancies. The first one was when she fell from the tower (Dulans baby), which caused Raymond to remember because Dulan told him to kill her and the 2nd pregnancy was the life before the current one, she was pregnant on her and Raymonds wedding day and Raymond made Dulan kill her to "take her out of her misery" because i assume she was poisoned? anyhow, all 3 of them remember because to remember your past lives you need to kill Karen while she's pregnant
for more context, Dulan was poisoning her and before this current life, he decided to do research to reverse the damage he caused. which i assume worked. I dont think we know how long it has been since she returned to being 17 again but i think it was quite a bit at least?
I think it's not that she couldn't get pregnant, but rather she couldn't get to full term. Dullan had been poisoning her but it hadn't reached the extent of irreversible yet in each timeline.
