I saw the same chapter and honestly I don’t believe it. Mainly because the MC calls that other “son” his uncle. But that son of the sister said he’s the son of a mistress. I really don’t trust the sisters son at all considering he has resentment towards the FL here, despite her raising him like her own child.

It's hinted that the ML has kids with both of the sisters based on what the MCs son says in the sequel. Unlikeable characters and a plot that doesnt make sense. Why would the ambitious MC give up college to marry someone who has a kid with your sister?
