But it starts under very selfish pretenses; first "I need to get this guy laid so I can get laid" and then "I don't want him to leave...because he may be my opponent and there's no way I can beat him if he's on the opposite team." He's just not making himself come off great, lol. He's literally stringing this guy along just to keep him there. Very pretentious.

Someone told me they suspect Wyatt came up with the excuse of being afraid of DeMarcus being on the opposite team as him in the future to hide his feelings. Maybe he is, but altogether it does make Wyatt feel kinda annoying. He's too afraid to explore this, but doesn't want to lose him (if that's the right read)?
