This was kinda sad ideum clearly thinks that sex is the only way to continue his relationship with jaeyi! And even though they both enjoy themselves he feels objectified, this pared with his low self-esteem and lack of self worth; he prioritizes jaeyi above himself. Which is interesting because jaeyi has a clear inferiority complex because of his older brother. So having someone prioritizing him over anyone else not only feeds his ego but makes him feel special. However, I feel like he didn't like ideum's comment about doing whatever he wants, it looks like he's regretting treating ideum like a toy that he can have whenever he desires.
