Seriously, I can count on one (maybe two) hand how many BLs I've read where the male relatives weren't crazy or toxic. It's rather disheartening. While I am super annoyed with Seol-ho because this is his fault since he was sneaking Ji-heon out and knew his brother wouldn't approve, I'm frustrated at the evil brother trope resurfacing. It can get worse, but only by a bit; the last historic BL with a toxic brother-figure was a frustrating situation of double standards since the SO was also toxic but he got a pass. Seol-ho has dubcon stuff going on, but he hasn't crossed that line, and I hope the brother can turn himself around.
