Well I don't blame you since lots of things were happening. Essentially there were 3 operations happening at once. The manor with the evidence, the secret hideout, and ambush on Ivy happened very close together to to trap them.
In the forest with the secret hideout they had used themselves as bait to grab as many accomplices saying they found the hideout(which they did). They knew the org was gonna take a hit out on them so that there would be less people investigating making the operation to take down the org much weaker. Once they trapped many of them they took care of the loose ones right after
In the manor they had to trapped the hidden room so that the people who were trying to take the evidence would feel bold enough to take it. They did this since the forest operation took most of the people and only left essential people. We also learned that many of the essentials actually worked for the org which worked out when the sleep gas went off.
Ivy's dessert party was also bait to try since they were trying to act like everything was normal while also catching 3 more accomplices: Mira, the dark skinned lady, and the dessert shop guy.
Then finally to grab the last of the org in town, they round up all the adventurers and used Sora to weed them all out.
