I think the possibility of a kiss is way higher because you don't need to squeeze someone's cheeks and caress their face if you mean to say "stay away from me", Nanjo is also an empathetic person and rn he's calm, he's not angry like in chapter 34, so I can't see treating him Mok harshly again. AND if he tells Mok to stay away when are we ever going to get on with the program? Because the author confirmed a happy ending and around 60-ish chapters and no one wants to see them get together on the last one.
