I remember Younger Astana wasn't this evil, he was stupid and arrogant at most.

Younger Astana didn't initially look down on Tia or hate her at first, he did hate Perez though, but that's understandable, Considering their complicated ties. When he was younger Astana came off as an arrogant, spoiled kid in a toxic environment and raised to be easy to manipulate, ignorant, spoiled and malicious.

I feel like his character would have been better if he was straight out portrayed as a sub-villain like Tia's cousins and uncles. His character really doesn't seem hateful to me, his like an insignificant character just there solely for the Empress and Perez to push forward the plot, so they can keep scheming to each other. So what I mean is, Astana is one of the Character I know that was written in a boring, typical manner. I've thought about it, but I feel like this story doesn't write villains with actual character... It's still good though. But the protagonists are too op, while most of the villains remains weak, stupid and easy to deal with. I wanna add... The sub-villains almost has a copy-paste personality... Easy to manipulate, selfish and arrogant.乁( ̄ヘ ̄;)ㄏ
