omg thank u for agreeing. soya is clearly a young girl who is still getting used to being loved. she doesnt even consider the crown prince as a love interest yet so theres no reason for a third party to be introduced. besides, with her being deprived of love and companionship during her years spent with the phoenix clan, its a wasted opportunity to teach her diff kinds of love with seoryeo. love isnt just romantic or familial and that lesson could've been learnt by having seoryeo as a pure companion. it wouldve been a cool plot point too considering seoryeo is of the black turtle guy's bloodline or smth

... i knew that seoryo was acting a little too aware for a mere monster or demon but him becoming a human isnt a plot choice im fond of. like it was cute seeing him jealous and try to get soyas attention in wolf form but if he continues to act like this in human form itll just feel... icky. ok it might just be my raging dislike for any second ml but i really wished he was just a monster that was on soyas side
