Is the star the ML or is the other guy???? Like the star has said some sus things like incarnate, hinting at having known her previously, not making her go through hardship (again), claiming her as his (if I understood that correctly). So what’s going on with that relationship??? I’m easy to please so I’m not going to critique this too much bc I like the character, I love the back story, shame tho that her remembering her father was so lack luster bc that could have been good potential and growth. But the translation sucks and it’s usually not a problem. However, I am slightly perturbed over the star and MC’s implied relationship. Like huh?? What’s happening??? Who’s the male lead??? Relationship with that young tiger felt weird too???? I need answers. And I need them now. Spoilers anyone???(づ￣ ³￣)づ
Ignorance is a sin, yes. However, an innocent is still innocent. She should not be blamed for the crimes of those around her or by those she knows, just like anyone else. Would things have been the same if she were a child? Would they still blame her, a hypothetical 6 year old, for what her parents have done? Probably, but she still would have been a child with no autonomy or choice in the decisions made by those around her. The only difference is that she is an adult who had autonomy, but she still couldn’t change the decisions made around her. I agree that either her death or mental break would be the better route for the story bc people like ML deserve to suffer.
Being a victim doesn’t mean you should become a perpetrator. That can be said to everyone no matter what situation you’re in. All this will do is perpetuate the vicious cycle of abuse and violence.
