As someone who has struggled with agoraphobia, social anxiety, and executive dysfunction, I feel for the uke quite a lot actually. It was nice that the seme wasn't shaming him for his living space. For people who are struggling mentally like that they are often fully aware that they live in a dump and are likely embarrassed as all hell. I've been there, done that. So shaming and just telling them to clean up isn't very helpful. If they could they would've already.
Sometimes all you need is some loving supportive people around you to help you OR people able to get you the help you need from professionals. If you're struggling like this don't be afraid to reach out even if it's embarrassing. There will always be people willing to help without judgement.
