Not just Manta but some other official platforms have started moving forward with AI, it's really sad. There's even full on Novel publishers now that rely on AI for all their shit ╥﹏╥
And they expect money for those shit translation????
apparently yes ╥﹏╥ like what's the point of being an official platform when you use AI (╯°Д °)╯╧╧ isn't the whole point to give readers actual decent official translations. the industry is devolving.
It's unclear if they're still using it as the company they used shut down a year ago.
Haven't seen complaints about the translation quality either.
It is very obvious that they’re still using it if you look closely at text/words outside the speech bubbles, and even some of the dialogue sounds robotic.
