This is only my opinion, I do read things with rape as long the author use it well and "*aknowledge*" it. This story does not treat the rape as "erotic" or hand-wave them into a happy ending. Instead, it graphically shows the medical and mental destruction of the characters. Jiwook develops severe, debilitating trauma, an acute anxiety of being alone or around other men, and Stockholm Syndrome. Which mean jiwook suffer the consequences for raping juyeon, but the the thing is Juyeon never suffer any consequences for also raping jiwook which mean this story never really aknowledge rape as a whole, and only uses it as an revenge plan..
