It's the height of selfish to think it's fine to hurt everyone around you and deny their own feelings to alleviate your own despondent solipsism. Suicide is just the peak of that. I will never understand the mindset that says it's fine to hurt everyone around you if you are hurting too. Or were hurt. Or just having a moment.
