Oki like everyone here in the comment section I do not believe that Etienne nor Arnold nor Roger aren t in love with her anymore. Here is my logical theory about it!! Because just impression isn t enough for me!
"Not affected by the max charm point" yes probably they aren t anymore since she change her stats.
But they are in a game where the player need to "conquered" one of the ML. So logicaly there is a "love %" that you "level up". At the begining even if she was max level charm, the MLs didn t fall for her directly, it took a couple of meeting and activities until they start to be interested in her. That mean their love % needed to be at a certain level until they "feel in love" with her and it wasn t from the curse alone she need an interaction and some "answer"
Example with Arnold she needed to go see him a couple of times and once he was on his chasing spot she needed to interact with him and gave him "the good answer" (even if we don t see a "choose your answers" list she does think about every kind of answers she could give him and "select" the one that would give her some chance with him) then he accepted a date with her and so on..
More the level is higher more they are in love and this is when the curse comes at play, their obessessive and possessive behavior, probably wasn t in the game "at normal level charm" but from the curse, still they probably do have that "love meter".
So now that the "curse charms" is lifted, they probably don t see her the same (with that obsessive possessive crazy wants they had display a along) but still all of the events definitly made the "love %" higher and higher and higher.
In the end the adjustment of her charm shouldn t affect the "love meter" only her stats and she didn't "unlock their route with her charm but with her love interaction (the love meter). So let's say the 3 ml got a 100% in love, then yeah they see her differently but still love her. Now she end up with Roger but if she had to choose another of the Ml (Etienne or Arnold) it would have probably be the same "end" the "I will love you anyway".
So now let's say they aren t obsessive possessive anymore they know they did her wrong even if they still love her. Duke answer with the type of answer he know best (rejecting people) Prince doesn t lie and keep it quiet (because he is an as**h**e but he never lie once even the "Roger was killed" at first they didn t know if Roger would survive he told her he was dead and after that he just keep it quiet on the fact that he was alive, the giving her drug things keeping quiet but tel the truth when confronted like he is twisted he takes advantage and hold informations but that b*ch don t lie!) so their reaction would fit perfectly their "type of character" if they were feeling guilty but still love her. Arnold "wanting to be friend with her" is also another clue. He doesn t want people around him, no interest in ladies either he think of people as "disgusting" so now he doesn t feel anything "doesn t even know why he like her that much" but would keep her as friend?? If Duke dude didn t feel nothing at all he would have left as she was a nobody and take a shower for all that "people germs".. he wouldn t be all trembeling in the last "shot" he would be cold and dont give a f**k anymore!
So curse lift but love meter high % for the 3 of them!
