Rosso looking too similar to Nirei hmmm, with Sakura's dual eye colour. or maybe it's different due to the injury (i've seen theories of Sunfei possibly donating his eye to Rosso, that's possible, but you do not donate eyeballs guys, you donate the cornea. and cornea donation does not result in different eye colour)
