looking for a title from a scene

okay i know i’ve read it, i just can’t remember the title or even the plot anymore. probably a manhwa or a novel or a manhua. i just remembered this specific scene while writing something: this a BL omegaverse, the omega has light colored hair I think? and in the scene i remember, he is sitting on a balcony? with his alpha and he’s just discovered that he’s pregnant and intends on telling the alpha, when he tells him, the alpha gives him a red drink and in the end, the omega got a miscarriage and ended up hating the alpha? but i think he still managed to keep the child or did he have another child? idk about this last part. but what I remember clearly is that scene where he drinks a red drink that the alpha gives him and the omega loses his baby.
