Long story short, this is actually FL's 3rd life and everyone else's 2nd. FL is actually the og Margaret and the saint is just getting petty payback for how FL treated her 1st life. The saint was actually the one who sent her to Korea (for knowledge and prep) and wrote the [embellished r-18] novel as a small revenge. They don't become besties but she's really not that bad imo. More of a frenemies situation
