Can someone explain some of Elco’s and Ari’s actions to me? Like, why did Ariande start acting like she didn’t know Elco when she knew he basically sacrificed himself for both her and Alphonso to keep relations stable between their kingdoms, when they met again? That would send me into a spiral if I were Elco.
I can somewhat understand why Elco resents Ari, since she indirectly caused him to be crippled/maimed, but why does he go as far as lying to Alphonso and sabotaging their relationship that badly? Is it just that he blames Ari, and this is his way of expressing those feelings?
