Makes sense, ah about the tan people and the desert... Some cultures in Asia believes that people who gets Sun continually are most likely poor and from low birth (servant or slaves). That's is one of reasons why they're so obsessed with pale skin, for them this is the rich or nobles "in door" life style results.
