Reading the novel...I just can't hate Amon and it was bitter sweet to see that he never really had that development where he come to sympathize or understand Nain point of view or just be a little bit more humane. At the end of the day it kinda hurt knowing that he really do love Nain but he just isn't human and Gwen is so sweet.
