The thing I dislike the most is his terrible manners. You couldn't pay me to sit at a table with someone who talks about their money like that. Also, how ill-mannered do you have to be to say stuff like "Leave it... the staff will pick it up and bring us another one." Likeeee???? You're free to ask for clean cutlery, but not picking up after yourself is just mannerless. I would've stabbed him with that fork/spoon/knife.
