Especially when it can be used properly in well written stories, for example I'm listening to audiobook "discordant cultivation" now, and not only author started from giving super long trigger warning, because they respect their readers, they explicitly said that it's a psychological horror. We can see how characters develop through the story, and observe how their trauma changes them, but the violence is a tool used in the storytelling not the entire plot like we can see in so many stories similar to this one, where it's just violent rape fantasy porn.
