NGL, the title is kinda misleading, since it sounds like it's about tracking down a dangerous criminal. The synopsis on mangaupdate says it's a comedy, and while it's not LOL funny, it is ridiculous and not dangerous enough to take seriously. You've got two childhood friends: CF1 likes CF2, while CF2 likes the stalker obsessed with CF1. Surprisingly, it never really gets dangerous. While I'm not looking for murder or SA (we got that with kissing, tho), the obsessions are kinda tame; CF1 is just a little clingy with CF2--though the straw swapping and forced kissing hint at darker potential--while CF2 just got the stalker's profile (weird that you're obsessed with this guy and don't know what his family looks like) and the stalker just takes pics.
It's probably intentional, but this feels more focused on adding drama for a love triangle rather than the actual concerning parts of the story. Also, I wish the stalker hadn't cut his hair.
