We novel readers do understand him.. That is why we are saying Dane is Grayson's Karma but their relationship development is the highlight.

That's great to hear, then. Just been reading a lot of comments how ppl are hating on Dane while Grayson is sort of made into a poor victim.
I mean, I have hopes on Grayson's redemption arc but ppl are giving Dane a hard time. Hope more ppl would speak up for Dane, too.

Both of them have issues to be resolved and the character development will shine through the novel.
Dane does appear insufferable on this manhwa. Idk about the novel. Haven't read it yet. But Dane probably grew up without anyone to teach him better. His circumstances toughened and molded him to who he is today. Can't blame the guy if he's clueless as heck. If we can spare understanding for Grayson, shouldn't we do the same for Dane (especially ppl like me who haven't read the novel yet)?
