When the creator apologizes for having "more story than spicy scenes" in the second season of the story, and expresses that even they themselves were so frustrated sometimes with the lack of spice... then it kinda makes sense that the redemption arc was basically nonexistent on the page. If we had actually had a proper redemption arc instead of multiple time-skips, there would've been like 10-20 more chapters with no spicy scenes, which would've "disappointed" both the readers and even the creator, I guess?? Because god forbid we read an R-rated BL with no spice for some time??
Even though both Taeyoon and Jaemin could've fantasized about it, and building sexual tension during the redemption arc could've been so satisfying... but I guess not. We're all here for smut and smut only, it seems. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
