A fancy restaurant serving briosche at dinner time. Plus serving it before the main course and as aperitif... I have a feeling author has never been to a fancy restaurant or bought briosche (which usually eaten in the morning or at best for snack break afternoon). I don't think they ever seen a play station controller either.... The one in the flashback is so wrong.
