Do you remember the title?

I once read this yaoi manhwa about a character named Ian who had powers and was ostracised for that in a religious kingdom. He them met ml who had the same power, found out that ml was a dragon and then the story had a looooooong arc explaining that Ian was a reincarnation of the ml lover.
I remember Ian has brown hair and brown eyes whilst ml has white hair and I think red eyes?? There was also the "brother" of ml that was the villain, he had blonde hair and blue eyes and killed the mc in his previous life
