TBH i really really want him to continue working with itsuki but well... it just makes sense that he won't be able to. despite my want, this is actually a well-written story. i'm glad they didn't stretch out the ending. though, it would've been nicer if they showed itsuki when he was younger because we all know how much he cares about aoi but they never showed memories of the two together
