Miss Clarin (I assume that’s the rich blonde lady) is too Heejae pilled, so I don’t think he’ll ask her for a favor. If I’m not mistaken, he does have connections with random people, like the guy who asked him to perform with his orchestra or that random lawyer who gave him his number, but those people are too npc-ish like i believe they’re meant to appear once and never be relevant again.
My random wish is that i want him to work with Varesi(?) guy, aka the conductor who doesn’t fuck with Heejae, the one who ended up dropping out of the project involving Heejae in their long distance relationship arc, simply because I need him to have a career that Heejae can’t interfere with.
Also, is he still technically a uni student at this point if I'm not mistaken heejae is pretty much done with the institution
Yea, that’s blond lady. Hmm for me, Ms. Clarin is arguably the most perceptive & supportive person out there for both of them. Sure she likes Heejae a lots but there’s certain favouritism reserved only for Garam (Remember the hall thingy?). And I’m saying for that exact reasons you mentioned abt other npc characters because Clarin is specifically chosen by Heejae. She is at least safe, not saying she’s not predatory, she can be but among all the sponsors, this is the safest option in both professional & personal connection can be for Garam. Heejae actually has done a brilliant job of keeping all the creeps off Garam so I’d prefer he went to her instead. And she has been on every milestone of their relationship too. That or Talyski or even Compton/ Walter (Which I also don’t think so as their arc has past it already). Also, this is the last season, I don’t think BDK will take any risk to introduce any of new characters anymore. We don’t have the luxury to establish depth or context for them in the story anymore. If anything, maybe Id like to see s6 focus solely on both of them deal with their time apart. More scenes of their inner thoughts, their views on life/ relationships and how they find their way back to each others. We’ve been experiencing & viewing Heejae exclusively via others people POV - Yerim, Compton, Walter. Now I wanna see him as he is and heavily on Garam inner self too.
The uni, yes, he hasn’t graduated yet. Heejae is surely done his terms/ contract there but Garam just kinda took academic leave. My mind is fuzzy but I remembered reading it in BDK blog before. So that kinda makes sense with his military duties & university completion at the same time. And then the reunion with Youngjo. I mean BDK mentioned Naeun / Youngjo will appear again by the end of the story so that’s will be the biggest telltale sign if those two appear lol.
I was thinking that technically he’s still under Nympha contract so I don’t think he will be out of US just yet. So he may seek support from Ms.Clarin for independent projects or have discussions with Tlynski for a temp solo to avoid contacts with Heejae as much as possible. Another part of it is living arrangements can be a bit problem so it will be fun if Garam just crashes somewhere else temporarily before moving out completely (very low chance thou) OR moving back to KR & finishing his study there. He has not yet graduated btw :))))). A reunion with Youngjo can be fun too & his time alone for some retrospection (Sprinkle some delicious tantalising time skip there) if considering go back to US again to properly shine as an artist after his military services ended.
The thing that bothers me the most is how BDK said S6 won’t be long (assume the auto translation is correct) then it will be a highly dramatic/ condensed season. S5 is around 90 chaps so if BDK wants to keep it neat, like wrapping up under 60-70 chaps + potential 20-30 side story. The longest webtoon I recalled reading was around 300 chaps (Cheese in the trap & the pale horse anyone) so I think maybe NME will follow suit. Also BDK needs a big fat nasty vacation after s6 ended lmaooo.
