Alex has now a lot to lose but he was once able to do good, even if he was a bully, so if he one day has a strike of consciousness he might do something. Also, kids wanting to kill their abusive parents it's nothing new but mostly feel regret at some point, when they meet adults that actually care for them. But not always. Still. I wish this had side stories to show how it's their life now,
