zhenya hasn't even fallen in love yet; and unlike ilay, he won't rape/abuse taekjoo once he does. the manhwa adaptation has only covered them as enemies
The charity thing is just Xinlu being Xinlu, not understanding why he desires Yuri so much, so he needed an excuse to touch Yuri. Remember that according to Xinlu, he doesn't really care much about sex, and sees it as a charity work, because it requires him servicing someone, which is something he dislikes since he is born with silver spoon. People spoil and suck up to him all his life. This is why he originally thought he was doing a favor for Yuri, but as we can see at the preceding chapters, Xinlu had to literally beg Yuri to touch him.

Like atleast there's plot justification for what's happened in CNA (taekjoo infiltred the country to steal weapons for the worlds strongest weapon). But the recent Passion chapter is just "he misunderstood him but he loves him so much so he cant help but kidnap and rape him" (AND THEN BTW this is the thing that gets Ilay and Taeui officially together. Brutal rape. It drives me insane to think about how unsatisfying Passion's novel was to read, even if Ilay gets "better" in the other novels, the ending of Passion soured Iltae for me for a long time)
More importantly, I am less harsh on Zhenya because Taekjoo ends up with so much more agency in the relationship than Taeui.
