Look.. I understand she's an obsessed fan but it seems like everything gets handed to her as long as she puts her mind to it which is fine but it seems a little too easy..? Idk I can't seem to push thru past chapter 10 without another mention of her true thoughts which seem quite juvenile especially after living her life a second time. (You'd think she'd actually lock in and treat this a bit more seriously especially when her love interest LITERALLY TRIES TO TAKE HIS LIFE MULTIPLE TIMES but her dialogue doesn't make it seem that way for the most part so far)
Especially with asking for land back from the temple... I think it might just be the translation(?) but it seems like they're going thru some mental gymnastics to make it seem as though she's justified with just grabbing it back... like... it was a DONATION. Regardless of the motivations and whatever the temple does with it after, unless there was a contract or anything like that even if Diana wasn't part of the temple anymore, it was DONATED at the time she was present. By word, the temple made use of it. The temple would have argued that Diana, now the crown princess just left it there since she was saintess at some point anyway or given it to her for palace use... there were specifics and details like this that just flew out of Hestia's mouth without questioning (even if it was all true) If or the plot's sake, she had to get the land back, she could've been more smart about how to get it back (I'm not asking for some grand scheme) but just by genuinely threatening the high priest by knowing things from reading the novel... idk that way is kinda borning and a bit of a mary sue kind of approach to the conflict and I'm worried it's just gunna be a bunch of this for the rest of it.
Especially when she confronted those two lovebirds after, it just rubbed me the wrong way the entire time.. like some outsider spewing facts without any tact whatsoever and not even they could touch her (even if all she said was correct, the fact she was just there even saying stuff willy nilly...)
Please lmk if it gets better or something cuz otherwise I don't understand why it's rated so high... or maybe I'm looking for something a bit more substantial in the wrong place to begin with
