I always thought Guwon was Sisyphus, but after this chapter- maybe it’s a character we haven’t met yet.

Sisyphus was punished by having to roll his damn rock for eternity because he chained up the god of death (in some texts Thanatos, in others Hades), which lead to old and sick people keep on living and suffering beyond their states.
Hades has a 'hound', Cerberus, whose job is essentially to prevent the dead from crossing back out. but if Cerberus were to change sides, all hell would break loose literally. in this case, since it is apocalypse, their little bubble might get popped.
now who the hell is Sisyphus in this case.
