The friend at the restaurant. He's some kind of hacker, ig. He somehow has access to police info. He first shows up to warn Shin about the gang Jay is supposedly with when Jay tries to look into him. He shows up a couple of times after, including to say that Jay has a scary firewall protecting him (before he gets kicked from the CIA). Later, Jay gives him information about himself to try to woo Shin back but also threatens him at the same time. He's shown up a handful of times, minor character, not as important as the shop guys but still necessary.
now i remember!! tysm!!
