food for thought

jiseong is extremely self-centered, i understand he had a really hard time as a child, but there's gotta be a point when you are literally the big brother. all jaeyi wanted was a sliver of his parents attention, and even asking for that on his own birthday was an issue, and then jiseong flipped it around making it about himself and essentially putting words into jaeyi's mouth to make his LITTLE BROTHER mind you a bad person. and to continue to be petty after youre out of that situation and make your brother feel worse as youre literally getting EVERYTHING you want still is genuinely some narcissistic ass bs. i come from a very big family, and am an older brother myself and i have been through a shit ton no other kid shouldve gone through and i genuinely cannot fathom treating my siblings that way just because they arent going through the same situation are you fucking kidding me.... i completely understand how jaeyi must feel on that end, but he better not treat ideum as some fucking tool just because he's not in the known, it's his damn fault for making their situationship the way that it's probably gonna turn out, but i hope he is also able to work through his own trauma cause fuuuuck brudda is emotionally repressed like a mf

needed to come back to this cause it's sitting on my mind, but as much as jiseongs behavior is unexcusable, it's not entirely his fault due to the parents feeding that behavoir and not even in the slightest thinking abt jaeyi at all. that behavior isnt magically just like that, it’s learned and when he gets rewarded for acting like that, he thinks its okay. the parents are absolutely pos themselves, but its ultimately jiseong who is now an adult to make adult decisions on how he acts and behaves and treats people especially his brother. oof now i can go read some porn in peace
