Are u serious? What is there to defend? Even if he is lying to her and she believes his bs she shouldn't be confronting this woman, she should only be confronting him.
Also, she is obviously at work so even if Ari is dumb enough to tell herself that she got this job to seduce "her" man, he could just not keep going there. I mean come on. In what world is there ANY defense for this stupid young girl?
