So, everyone is hating on Ilay because his psycho nature. But watching Tay willing leave him for the other guy, I think broke him and the little bit of sanity he had. He threw everything away to save Tay, and Tay left with another man. His wall is back up, so to speak. Like when he said his heart and head tell him 2 different things. If that scene broke his heart he's only listening to his head right now. He has always been a tyrant, but he has never hurt Tay. Anyway, that's just the way I see it.
