Riiight. Guwon's way is def not the most humane, but we can't deny the fact that he provided them with ptotection, shelter, food, etc. That's why it will be interesting to see the result of this rebellion.

Thats why if you watch movies or tv shows most Rebellions in an apocalypse dont last because whether they like it or not they need people who can stomach making the hard decisions to keep everyone alive. Im certain that guwon doesn't die and just because weak but my headcanon is that Jinwoo realizes that maybe the dictatorial iron fist of ruling over the people similar to what the hounds and guwon had going on was the way after all, and if guwon wasn't a ML or maybe this wasnt a romance then I am pretty sure that this was the route the author may have taken given her love for jinwoo ( just look at her twt it's nothing but him)

Or the more likely route of all of them dying in 3 days cause they cannot sustain themselves
