No, if I remember correctly, she simply came to the conclusion that she had mistaken the meaning of his words, either that or she believed she mistook his intentions. Something along those lines, pretty much.

Since the new season took a few months to start, I genuinely forgot all of the old chapter.
So, didn’t ML already confess his love? Did she not cry about it, not able to accept them? Did she not pray that the man would never change feelings?
Is this her just belittling herself by thinking “time has went on he probably moved on and loves another”?
