The effort to make this more than the usual plot is obvious but it’s not working. It’s trying to portray the FL, now in her third life, to be this badass woman who goes undercover and can fight but it’s really just as if it’s her aesthetic lol. She makes the most stupid decisions. There was leeway when she was in her estate because of Mel’s effect on her (perhaps). The whole point it was showing was how she couldn’t think straight around him but that on a normal basis she’s this smart baddie who even reinstated royalty back to its place. And yet she’s doing missions and being sloppy. Imagine finding a potential lead like that Gate guy and instantly revealing yourself and somehow it works out just cause of who she is lol. But oooh be scared she’s such a baddie. Lmao. Dropping this. The plot was interesting but the characters are poorly written. Somehow the most consistent is Mel but unsure whether than consistency could turn his character flat.
