I think there’s a deeper reason to it than that.. Usually you dont feel so bad to have to throw up while being on the receiving end EVEN as a top Sure she might be a top since some dont enjoy receiving as mus as giving but her reaction seems quite “dramatic” for the lack of a better word for it to just be her being a top
