So far, this is so Y/N × CEO coded and the fact our Y/N gets attacked by alphas left and right just to be saved by his 30 something "altruist" (bro just wants to fuck) hyper dominant alpha makes it that more cliche, but the ML spoke absolute facts about the pathetic lack of restraint in alphas (how the ones who can't restraint themselves might as well go die, ATE AND LEFT NO CRUMBS WITH THAT COMMENT) and how consent is a MUST, pheromones, heats or not.
The alpha here is also very aware of the power imbalance and tries to not abuse it consciously, although that's very difficult to do because he still has so much more influence and power over the MC. Still, the effort is noticeable and that breaks the usual Cinderella plot trope of the abusive benefactor who basically wants to keep a sex slave in debt to himself and control, own, as well as abuse him. The story is so cheesy and cliche at times, the pace in their living situation and relationship is way too quick for my taste, but I do appreciate the, so far, green forest of a dynamic (a green forest alpha with a green forest pheromone).
