I think maybe in the earlier chapters if i remember correctly, then it kinda sways more towards dubious consent. I, personally, would not call it coercion but ig I can see how one can consider that as well.

long answer: there’s sex while drunk (to the point he doesn’t know who it is), while delirious from a fever, and attempted during a drug trip. all the “sober” sex/sexual contact is typically in conjunction with things such as physical threats or physical harm (strangulation). none of which is consensual.
