I’m a bit disappointed

It’s just… the whole reason why D approached J in the first place almost NEVER comes up, and if so it’s just to say “maybe I like him regardless” even though we literally never see (besides that notebook scene in which D wonders about J’s past) D taking notes and actually incorporating what he’s been finding out in his story, so I must say I’m not really thrilled to get to the “I thought you liked me!!” bit, ‘cause to me it’s not really going to make sense. Also the “I wanna do this” and the following “you’re so stubborn” kinda conversations between the two have started to get really boring, mainly because they’re so long and repetitive. I’m more than willing to admit that I haven’t read any further and therefore I’m sure that I’m missing the more plot heavy part of it, it’s just what I’ve been thinking so far :D it’s just that a would like a story that’s a bit more balanced from the start, so that I don’t have to “get through the boring/too smutty/rough around the edges/whatever” part to get to the more interesting and/or better written part. Overall to me this is a 6.5/10 for now
