especially for mc, it made her eyes less upturned and her make up didn't look so gaudy (less blush was drawn), it made her looks like natural beauty.
but her face front view also suit her because she's called a fox/vixen. truthfully i usually didn't like characters design like her but I like her personality which is humble but clever, she didn't give off arrogant feeling that looks down on everyone around her like most manhua mc. she was even nice towards the dog emperor. she's also not shy and even plays him haha..
i mean she can be cunning but it's mostly to protect herself, she didn't specifically want to take revenge or see someone down. she also didn't let anyone walk all over her but she's cautious. anyway she's a perfect mix of everything. it's just a good balance.
beside that i like this kind of palace harerm politic, i felt weirdly smarter about social intricacies (⊙…⊙ ) first of all the problems/villains are comical but it's easy to understand so i don't need to use my brain, but at the same there are always an implied meaning within someone sentence and action and then later they explained it easily to readers. so it feel like a demo to social interaction 101.
