I feel like whenever there is a story about workplace harassment the story either doesn't make the crimes too severe and the consequences are a slap on the wrist, or they flat-out make the villain "flawed but reasonable" and eventually turned into a good person, or they give them some sort of extreme comeuppance that feels karmic but has nothing to do with the harassment itself (like being ran over by a random truck). This truly feels cathartic because it was a direct LEGAL and PUBLIC consequence to nothing but his own actions. It literally wouldn't even have gone that far if he had stopped himself at some point, and he knows it. I also love that even though Dowon "saves" him, the most important thing he did was give Inju the tools and the motivation for him to do something for himself, which is what he needed the most. All in all it's a heavy story, but it was worth the read!
